Why I started over (and what’s next)

Nothing is as satisfying as a freshly sharpened pencil - unless you count finishing a project that has been on your to-do list for years.
Which is what I have done this week.
There's still so much to do in launching this little educator community - but the big one was to upload every single product, image and description to my website (all to make learning for little learners even better).
Before Happy Classroom existed (only 2 months ago!) I had a business that sold all sorts of printables for parties, planning and organisation. I decided I wanted to hone in on classroom products for three main reasons.
- Early childhood development is what I am passionate about
- I value teachers and the work they do
- That's what sold the most (thanks by the way!)
It wasn't easy to decide to start from scratch and launch a new business. And I knew it was a task that would take a lot of time. Despite that - I wanted to do it anyway. There were definitely times where I would look at the to do list and wonder of it was worth it.
Hours and hours and hours have been dedicated to redesigning all the classroom products and uploading them to my website. And now I feel like a weight has lifted off my shoulders.
I can finally focus on making new designs and products that help you and your spaces shine, and building a teacher community that shares in my passion of creating the best learning environments for the kids.
For now - I feel satisfied....now to find that sharpened pencil and write a new list.......
Be sure to spend some time browsing our products and ranges!
