Hi, I'm Emma, owner of Happy Classroom (Formerly The Printable Place). 

I am also a graphic designer and super passionate about kids' education and igniting little imaginations. Being a mum, I know how important the early years are and what a difference a good teacher and stimulating learning environment can make.

I come from a family of teachers. My mum was a teacher, I have many extended family members and friends who are teachers, and my daughter is a graduate teacher, so designing classroom decor is close to my heart and home.

In 2019, a good friend (also a teacher) asked if I could help her create a few classroom decor designs. Having worked in parties and events for so long, I jumped at the chance to do something different, and I have never looked back. 

I LOVE creating simple, cute and fun designs that help make classrooms a happy place for the teachers who educate and the students they teach.
